Good to know in advance…

- At Patmosphere we follow a strict no children policy. We are sure your kids are great, but unfortunately we can’t do exceptions.
- We love all kind of animals but especially our two cats Tzatziki and Saganaki. Therefore we can’t accept any other animals on the property.
- We kindly ask you to deal with everything as it would be your own home and by not adding yourself to the ranking of greatest room trashers of all time.
- Also good to know: your room is non-smoking and red wine does not really look great on a white sofa ! Ash trays are provided in the outdoor areas.

EXCLUSIVITY AND PRIVACY
The beauty of our property is the tranquility it provides even at the busiest time of the year. In order to maintain this beauty and as a courtesy to our neighbors there is a strict no noise & party policy (especially from midnight to 07.00 am).

SALTWATER SWIMMINGPOOL
For your own comfort we do not use chemicals to keep the swimming pool clean. Therefore, to guarantee you and our next guests a high level of water quality we kindly ask you to use the outdoor shower before cooling off and relaxing in the pool (especially after using sunscreen/body lotion).

BATHROOM & TOILET
PLEASE do NOT flush toilet paper!
Water pipes in Greece are unfortunately not suitable to flush toilet paper – and no, this is not a joke! Please use the bin next to the toilet!

CLEANING SERVICE
Unless you explicitly don’t wish so, we provide you a daily (except Sundays) cleaning service. If you have any special requests or needs, please do not hesitate to contact us.

FRIDGE & MINI-BAR
All yours. Please eat and drink whatever you can find in it. It is our pleasure.
Drinking water will be refilled on a daily base, also in the coffee machine. The ice cubes in the freezer are made from drinking water.
Please do not drink tap water.

INTERNET/WIFI & TV
Free high speed WIFI and a Netflix Guest account provided.

OUTDOOR GYM
Our gym is equipped for full body workouts. Lisa´s personal rowing record is 55 minutes. Mario is doing better on the cross-trainer. Contact us in case you need setup support. Yoga mats and additional equipment – including disinfection spray to use after your training sessions – are in the blue cabinet at the platform.

TZATZIKI & SAGANAKI
Don´t be scared, our two little security guards Tzatziki & Saganaki (both male cats, brothers and best friends) love to get cuddled. They behave extremely well and usually spend all day sleeping somewhere on the property. Please do not feed them, since they follow a strict nutrition plan.

GARDEN & SWIMMINGPOOL LIGHTS
Garden and swimming pool lights are turning on and off automatically, they run on a timer.
If you wish to change their operating hours, please do not hesitate to contact us.

TRANSPORTATION
Please drive carefully, streets are narrow and slippery, children and animals are crossing unexpectedly! The next “hospital” is on Leros, which is only a great island to visit for food!

AIR-CONDITION
We try to keep our ecological footprint and impact on our natural environment as little as possible. Therefore, we kindly ask you, to turn off the air-condition when leaving for beach or dinner.
